Delete your data

What gets deleted

• Your Firebase Auth account (email and password)
• Your Meta access token (we'll never use it again after deletion)
• All cached ad data we pulled from Meta on your behalf
• Creative scores, diagnostics, and notes specific to your account
• Your signup info (name, company, phone, business type, goal)

Backups roll off within 90 days; active systems are purged within 30 days of your request. If you want a JSON export of your data before we delete it, mention that in your email and we'll send it within 14 days.

Two ways to request deletion

1. Email us. Send a note to totalmarketingplans@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with. Subject: Delete my CB2 account. Include your name and the company you signed up with. We'll confirm within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

2. Revoke directly on Meta. Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. Find CB2 Creative Intelligence and click Remove. This immediately revokes our access to your ad data. We'll detect the revocation on our next scheduled run and stop processing.

Confirmation

Once deletion is complete, you'll get a confirmation email with a confirmation code you can reference if anything else comes up.
